Repop.  An original will say WESTERN BADGE LOS ANGELES CALIF on small tab to fold over.  See image below.

IIRC, they were only made in 1965.  All the later years (1966,1967) are repop as well.

Cory is spot on.  Someone made up a boatload of repos a few years ago and that's what is floating all around the internet these days.  I bought a set of them and thought I had scored it big until Bob G burst my bubble one day, lol.  I just started a thread with a link to a real one currently for sale on eBay if you are interested:
