Radio delete plate and speaker delete

Hi all,

On a radio delete car, was there anything placed where the speaker was located?  I have never heard of anything.  With the heater delete, the defroster vent outlets under the dash grill were capped off with cardboard like materiel, the same as the glove box card board.  Is there a cardboard blank for the speaker?

Never see one unlike 67-68 were I've found a rubber like pad/square to cover the hole and keep things from passing into and through the opening
