Cobra valve cover baffles

Does anyone have a template for the baffles on the SBF Cobra valve covers?  Also the thickness of them. Thanks. Gary

Don't remember originals resembling galvanized metal. I have pieces of a set of original baffles removed by an enterprising soul with a drill. I can find them and gey you metal thickness and possibly create a template to fix the damages set I have and if it turns out like I want, will gladly send to you the outline and proper bend angles for a drop in fit. These will be for original 65 open letter covers.
Keep reminding me as I am not on my game as I once was.

Galvanized metal was typical.

Have you ever run across what you know to be an original set that did not appear to be galvanized?

The plates needed to be treated/plated otherwise they would rust given the moisture that can collect under the valve cover. There is the possibility of a non typical anomaly. It is not really a issue of how it is protected given that once installed it is not seen. The most important thing is that it is protected in some way . Galvanizing doesn't go away as quickly as conventional zinc plating which most likely why it was the preferred choice. If one is adding baffles the metal needs protection .

Thanks Randy. I should have read this post this morning. Since I am doing nothing at work  and we are an essential plant to keep open I made a set out of  aluminum today. Somebody cut off the rivet heads so I had the remnants of the rivets still in the original holes and my baffolds were misplaced well after I bought them off of a friend(still don't know where I put them!). So I drilled new holes. Used mylar to template out the holes and drilled and mounted the baffolds earlier today so they are NOT coming off. Thanks for all the help guys. Wrinkle black is scheduled for Saturday if I get them masked off tomorrow.  :).  Another question is even though I cupped them  is there a rocker arm clearance I need to worry about? Being aluminum I can persuade them to another shape rather easily. Gary
