Morf:  Slowly swinging into another form.

Not to long ago (well 10 so years ago) it was stated that, an outside rear veiw mirror was a "safety item", so, no points off given.  But times change.
Tough $&*! for us 3rd, 4th, 5th and so owners.  It's OK, I still enjoy my right rearview mirror'd, AM/FMed, BFG tired, soon to be T-panned 67 GT350.
Probably saved a few bucks by helping that huge blind spot and makes the car more symmetrical. Maybe I should add an antenna on the driver's side for the in-dash AM-FM-8-Track-CB radio.

Shouldn't be a deduction as long as they're "Dealer Installed".

I was just kidding guys. Dealer installed curb finders??

Practice makes perfect. If you have trouble parking it you aren't driving it enough. 8)

^^^What 557 said.^^^

Today, I have a crew of guys working at my house installing upgrades to security system, cameras, etc.  When they got here early this morning, I had to move all of our cars (eight) out of the garages in rapid succession.  Maneuvering everything from my Kirkham 427 and KR (no P/S or brakes) to a new Navigator, Jeep Trackhawk and my wife's Mercedes, and couple others challenged my peripheral vision, spatial awareness, and close-space backing up and parking skills.

Wide angle mirrors and backup cameras on some, to nothing but seat-of-pants and dead reckoning on others.  Jumping from one vehicle to another kept me on high alert.

Luckily, no damage to anything. But I now have to put them all away tonight.  :P

That's no sweat.Way easier pulling in than backing out..... 8)

Side-Oilers

I back my cars in...and some are on lifts.  Some of the clearances are very tight. One car goes back on roller jacks.  It makes my wife nervous to spot for me, so I'm on my own.

I can do it, no sweat, but I'll be ready for a couple of lagers when I'm done.

Love it.  ;)

I put my passenger side mirror on maybe 25 or 30 years ago.  It does balance the look in my eyes.

Mine has been has been on there for a long time as well. The minor chrome patina matches the drivers side. I will say that other than looks, the right hand mirror is pretty much useless, unless you like checking on your right rear curb feeler.   ;)
