Not sure how many '67 stick cars were sold by El Paso Auto Center, but here's one from an article that appeared in Ford Crest News from June, 1967.

El Paso Auto Center received 29 cars in 1967. Of those 11 were shipped in June and July. Since the article appears in a June issued magazine, the pictures were probably taken no later that May. That would be a total of 18 cars to be considered as being in the picture. Of the 18 remaining cars 4 were automatic leaving 14 that could be the one in the picture. Of those there were 6 GT350 and 8 GT500 possible as being the car. Sorry that is as close as I can get without more information.

Are we certain that's a Shelby?  Steering wheel looks possibly incorrect?

The follow numbers are the ones that I believe could be a possibility:

GT350 – 0007, 0080, 0091, 0144, 1399, 1646

GT500 – 0245, 0264, 0280, 0283, 0328, 1010, 1011, 1614

It's definitely a Shelby. The shoulder harness is clearly visible behind the seat.

67 GT 500 Car number 1807 was sold in Sept of 67 from El Paso Auto Center

Thanks Shawn. The original owner of 1807 was Robert F. Smith Jr. - Fort Bliss, TX. It was shipped to Texas by SAI on 5/7/67.
