You dont see a Carrera six everyday either.  I have to go to Elkart Lake to see a similar show anywhere near me.

WOW.. that is clean..prop rod with springs? Lots of "correct" stuff that I can see.. export brace bolt spacing, grill support, dist, valve covers, Konis with correct bolts wheels, grill bull nose, cant tell if LeMans carb or not, black intake bolts and thermostat housing  dash pod, steering wheel, rear seat delete, spare, latch cover, looks real good! Happen to catch number? I cant make out Shelby # ( if its there) on opposite  side apron you can just make out corner edge of tag on driver side. Thanks for sharing👍👍

...............cant tell if LeMans carb or not, ...........

Looks like two or three vacuum ports on the front side of the base all blocked off with black neoprene or vinyl caps  ::)

This guy did a nice job in my opinion. He did the research and paid attention to details. Hope mine is as nice. As high as prices of these car go, just seeing a clone, copy, tribute car is great. Seeing people drive and show them is AWESOME. You could always sink more money in them. I know what it takes to do this as well as a lot on this forum knows. Buttontop, LeMans carb, correct valve covers, easily another 2,000.00 Hunting for correct parts even for an original, one can can spend a lot of time. Again thanks for posting. A BEAUTIFUL CAR IS STILL A BEAUTIFUL  CAR!👍😉😊

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I never leave the hood up on my '66 without being next to the car. One idiot with a screwdriver and the VIN tag is gone.

Still see a beautiful car but IMO I would not be so quick to say "he did his research and paid attention to details". I see a lot of Shelby 101 mistakes on details  and can only assume it was because he did not do his research on the given areas. Of course that is in regards to the historical details which is obvious by the build that the person was going for. Just my point of view .Others will no doubt have different.
