1966 Alternator Lock Washer and Nut Finish

What is the finish on the alternator pulley nut and lock washer?  I looked in the 1966 and 1967 assembly manuals and cannot seem to find the finish.  Mine seem to be; lock washer zinc or cad, and nut natural.  Any help is appreciated.

I'm  seeing the finished being described as silver so likely dull zinc or cad for both
