Hey buddy this was passed to me from a friend. Hope it helps.
C4ZF-11001-A. It's the same as the "A" code and "C" code engines. The early service stock number is C2OZ-11002-A, later service stock number is C2OZ-11002-B.

Part of your challenge is that these were ink marked with the engineering numbers and its likely that has all worn off or been painted over as time passed. You can get them restamped to match your application (make sure you find someone with the correct stamp  ::)once you find one that is physically correct for your application
