Hertz Garment bag - White House Press for sale

Hi all,

Does anyone know what's up with the special issue "Hertz White House Press" garment bag.  I am familiar with the non-White House versions.  They came in two lengths.  This one looks like the short version.  There is also a long version.  Why did Hertz have these "White House Press" versions created?  Maybe they thought it was good publicity and advertising?

The one on auction is pretty spendy.  The seller is on his second round if I counted right.  No takers.
