Ahhh the good old days.  When you could stand behind pilons and half tires and you were out of the racing lines and considered "safe".  All the while cars with "high tech" 60's technology roared by at high speeds. 

What could go wrong  ???

Great photos.  Wonder how much busted Corvette fiberglass was on the ground afterwards?

Probably none they were friends and enjoyed screwing with each other on the track.
