Can't find when and where the Black Shirt Gathering is on the schedule.

I'm driving my '68 Shelby from Sacramento area (no trailer) to the event and am looking for details on secured overnight parking.  From what I'm reading on the forum the best place to leave your car overnight is at the track.  It is hard to find parking in the paved area (I believe this is referred to as the paddock area) during the daytime and was wondering if one were to leave their car over night do you have to have a space rented or make prior arrangements to ensure a spot?   Then there is the issue of getting from the track to the Host hotel.  Does anyone know if Uber runs out there? A lot has changed since SAAC-13

I would love to go to the convention as a spectator. I have never been, and I don't own a Shelby.  Would love to see some track action and the car shows.  Is it possible just to go and hang out?  Do I need to buy tickets?  Or register?

That's great, but do I need to pay full registration just to come watch/look?

I'll be in a Hertz Rent a Van. Race car didn't get finished.

Drag race participants , non mandatory meeting at my swap meet space "around" 1PM on Friday for Q and A if needed. First timers are encouraged to be there. "Veterans" , you know the drill. Don't speed on the "return road" , Be polite to ALL track personal. Part of the reason we can do this IS because of the courtesy we display as a group. I receive compliments from the tract every time we do this part of the event. Safety check your car to avoid mishaps that could end up causing you harm!!!!!!!
