67 original tire info

Hi, I am looking for info on how to decode the date on my spare tire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

0=Goodyear
2=Los Angeles plant

Know what the P50 means?

My reference source just says "tire size".

This is helpful as I was able to decode my original spare, which coincidentally is dated January 1967 as well.

Last three digits are P45 (rather than P50) and tire is an E70-15 small letter Goodyear.
