Don't believe (or I don't recall ever seeing) ones for 66 regular production vehicles though magazines did include a small graph in many of their road tests if I recall correctly. Not sure how exact or correct they are.  IF the factory did I'm sure someone will pop up and provide them if their posting abilities work

For race engines I've seen where the owner got copies as part of the information package HP and torque tables Sometimes multiple ones before and after adjustments and further tuning

They had dyno graphs in the loose leaf Shelby American Parts and Accessories catalog which came originally in a folder. Pages were then inserted in the parts catalog rack. One side had engine description and graph. On the back page was complete specifications.

For example:

289 Cobra High-Rev Racing Engine
PART NUMBER: S1CR-6003-6
SHIPPING WEIGHT: 530 lbs.

Net brake horsepower (hp): 395 @ 7000 rpm
Net maximum torque (ft.-165*): 330 @ 4100 rpm
Weight, complete: 477 lbs.

Fuel System:
Carburetor type: Four 2-V Weber 48 IDA-1
Carburetor number: S1CS-9513
Main metering jet indentification: Main meter 150, Air correction 130
Fuel pump static pressure: 4-6 psi @ 500 rpm
