Door scuff plate tag.

When did the Shelby American tag appear on the door scuff plates? Did the early cars (65) just have the standard Ford plates? If so, does anyone know when the changeover to Shelby plates happened? Thanks.

Yes the early 65s would have used the same sill plate (based on when the car was built) and the same label/tag as a regular Mustang

Looked through my picture collection and the standard Mustang style was used to almost the last 65 built - don't have pictures of every car as it was delivered
