Anyone have a recommendation for a good guide (book, magazine, vendor catalog, etc.) for the proper placement of all the decals for the 66 GT350.  Yes, I will not use or do have a "caution: fan" sticker.  Just looking to get everything correctly placed in the engine compartment, interior and trunk.

Thanks in advance. 8)
Just nuts.

Don,

Locations vary, but here is a picture of the original jacking instructions on 6S1732. Sorry, it's the best picture that I could find right now, but it gives you what you need.

More soon as I dig them up. Others may reply too.

This picture is from a early '66 (late '65) Carryover car, but generally the same. The decal on the rear of the air cleaner (opposite the 289 HiPo) may be a curved type.

In the picture example It looks like from the lip surrounding the trunk opening that there is black paint in the inside of the trunk area besides the black overspray hinge. No ,Ford did not paint the inside decklid black or trunk area black on a red car. No SA didn't paint the inside of the decklid black or trunklid black on a regular production GT350 ether.  That is most likely a owner added detail.

Take a pill mate.  Without a back story and the picture is so terrible blurry it looked like a faded red car.

Yes, it is the preferred method for ease of placement and to remove bubbles, but not always used if confident on small stuff or real paper type decals.

Pretty sure I saw a post recently about concours correct 66 Shelby engine bay decals and no mention was made of the vertical engine code decal on the front of the coil that is shown on the right side of Brant's late 65 and 66 picture.   Can someone comment on whether that decal should be there or not?

65's with aluminum water pumps got the sticker placed on the waterpump. 65 and 66's with the cast iron waterpump had the tag placed on the coil in a vertical orientation .
