Can anyone ID this museum car?

There is a red 427 Cobra in an unidentified vehicle museum. Can anyone here ID either the museum or the car?

I believe that was CSX3184 at the Saratoga Auto Museum. It was on display there in the spring of 2016.

Not your typical story behind that car. It was stolen, dumped in a river, discovered by accident, recovered, and fully rebuilt by two well-known names in the Cobra world, Chris Liebenberg and Geoff Howard.

Criminals are sometimes referred to as dysfunctional sociopaths.

The guy stole the car and hit and killed a pedestrian with it and was wanted on a vehicular murder charge if I recall the story correctly.

Sam Prock who found it, I believe was a tow truck driver at the time and heard the story and the rumor that it was dumped off of a pier in the Hudson. Thought he new the spot, went diving and guess what he found?

There was something about the car being held as evidence by the Police for a while after it was recovered?

I met Sam about 100 years ago at a Cobra Club meeting in Sparta, NJ, at Buchheim's place. I think it was in 1876 or around there?

Sam Prock's CSX 3184 is currently on display in the Mustang Owner's Museum in Concord, NC. It is a beautiful car. Sam did an excellent job of rebuilding the car many years ago and it still looks great today. I examined it in detail a month or two ago and it is outstanding. Sam is a great guy, too.

Sam told me when the Hudson starts getting "filled up" with stolen vehicles they dredge it. The Cobra was pulled out with an excavator which put a couple of holes and bends in it. Sam was called in to identify it as a local Ford mechanic. There is a funny story about him buying the wreck, how much he paid and how much he told the missus he paid. It has been a real labor of love for him over more years than anyone spent restoring any Cobra I believe. Good guy, great car.
