This'll stir the pot...

Had our '69 on Road America for the Optima event last weekend.  Had a ton of fun but broke the car (no major damage - distributor gear roll pin sheared) and fixing it for next track event.

It's great that you are "using the car for its intended purpose" 

I went to NJMSP a few years back to see a day of Optima autocross... what a great variety of cars.
The guy that I was visiting broke his car the following day during a track session - I guess breakage happens quite a bit under that extreme use
