Just saw this on ebay for sale. Says its the original window sticker for this car. Don't know if its real or not. And very expensive.

98SVT - was 06GT

Without a link sounds like a typical ebay I found a gold mine sale.
Very little value even if original to anyone but the owner of the car.
Previous owner 6S843 - GT350H & 68 GT500 Convert #135.
Mine: GT1 Mustang, 1998 SVT 32V, 1929 Model A Coupe, Wife's: 2004 Tbird

My worthless two cents...
First, its only valuable to the owner of 2841. Second, the guy selling it can ask whatever he wants, its called capitalism. That said, it IS way over priced in my opinion. It will be a no sale.
Past owned Shelby's:
1968 GT-350--Gold
1970 GT-500--#3129--Grabber Orange.
Current lifelong projects:

My mom owned the car and when she passed it went to me. Has since been sold. A copy would be good enough at that price.

Unreal + $1,100 for this document

Just find out who owns it and put it in the mail for them

And if you own this car just make copies of the invoices with the pencil on it, it's all good in the end

I believe the seller is longtime literature seller John Barnes .The pencil is placed in the picture so that someone can not make a clear copy.

We under stand the intent of the pencil,  personally it does not matter. Actually that #2 give the documents a certain je ne sais quoi....

Anyone with decent skills of photoshop CAN remove the pencil and clean up the document and copy it IF they wanted to.

Maybe you missunderstood my intention. I was just pointing out for those casually reading WHY the pencil was placed and that it is not just random.    Also you seemed to miss the fact that the pencil is not in the clear but it is slightly covering copy. That complicates the elimination without telling process . ;)
Sure for a reference document a copy even with the pencil would suffice. That is why most of us wouldn't mind copying the photo AS IS for reference. You would not however be able to easily photoshop the pencil out and reproduce and add back the letters with correct fonts and or characters with proper spacing etc. that the pencil is covering to a point that you couldn't tell it had been messed with easily. It can be reproduced with effort just like people can counterfeit with effort the Mona Lisa or a 100 dollar bill . If you think it can be done easily by anyone with decent photoshop skills to a point that a knowledgeable literature person can not tell that it has been messed with when holding the document in their hand then you are just fooling yourself .

You also missed my point: IF they want to. Nobody will waste their time on this.

I now own this car. When I bought it, it came with a framed Marti Report and Window Sticker. My Window Sticker is complete and perfect, but probably not original. The car was originally white with red interior, but has been red with black interior for many years. It is an original drag pack, so it came with a SCJ 428, but someone removed the Lemans rods and balancer at some point, so now she's just a CJ. All of those deducts make buying the original window sticker at this price very unfeasible. Sure, I'd like to have it, but I've already got a really nice presentation of window sticker/Marti report for it.

I agree with you 100%, may the guy that has it keep it forever.  It dose not add one cent to the value of your car and the guy that has it is just trying to screw you.
