Hi all,

Could not find a source for these dots, so I tried making them myself.  They are close to the OEM dot, but if anyone has a better source, please let me know.

Thanks

Cory

Cory, I really have to say that over the years following the Forum, that you're one of the most ingenious fellows out there. It seems that you're willing to try anything. Like before, if you find an exact match, please let us all know, and we'll be happy purchase a few to help you offset your startup cost. Nice job, Denny

Looks like they are done by the same method. These punches have a point in the center so you can align them. Grinding the punch to the right taper would make them more accurate.

Hi Denny,  Thank you for the kind words.  Together we are smarter.

Hi Bob,  Thank you for the link.  I thought I looked on the auction site, but failed.  Hopefully others will benefit.

Hi 98SVT,  I was thinking the same thing, dulling the center point.  I also tried double stacking so the lower material would have a smaller dimple.

Take care

Cory
