The name Rod Leach struck a bell. I think he used to advertise some pretty outrageous Cobras. i don't know if he's still in business. I found a descriptive listing o Google but it doesn't have a date. Any Brits know what's the story with Leach? On ebay there's old ads from his dealership. The listing
from https://www.ferrarimotorcarsales.com/home/news/243-rod-leach:

ROD LEACH'S NOSTALGIA

Rod Leach's love of AC Cobras began in August 1963 when one sped past him near Stonehenge on Salisbury Plain.

In 1973 he bought his first one shortly after founding 'Nostalgia'.

Over the past 40 years almost 400 examples of the Marque have passed through Rod's hands - those built by AC Cars Ltd. in Thames Ditton in the 1960's, and those out of the AC Brooklands/Frimley Works from the late 1970's to 2003.

These included 'Nostalgia's long-time trade-mark - the twin-turbo 7 litre Cobra bearing the Registration Number - COB 1.

Anyone contemplating buying one of these ultimate 'Objects of Desire' should therefore contact Rod Leach on 01992 500007 (Hertford Heath, Herts.) or E-Mail to: info@rodleach.com
