Pretty steep price for a small block GT-350 'project'. You can buy a complete running decent driver car for around 75K.
Past owned Shelby's:
1968 GT-350--Gold
1970 GT-500--#3129--Grabber Orange.
Current lifelong projects:
1969 Mustang Fastback/FOX chassis, 5 speed, 4 wheel discs, with a modern Can-Am 494 (Boss 429), Kaase heads, intake with a 1425 cfm 'B' Autolite Inline carb, ala Trans-Am style
1968/70 Olds 442 W-30

Nice wheels...Looks  like a lotta headaches for that price... ::)

This thread is a perfect example of why the price is legitimate.

If people had read the forum they would have saw the same exact post 2 hours earlier.

When youre not able to find these cars early, you have to pay the markup.

Guys don't look at the negative. I for one see that this car can become a great race car.

1) Remember rust is lighter than carbon fiber.

2) the front cap in this car shows "no rust" what so ever

By the way I have the missing panels for the rear,  roll bar and retractable s.b.

He must have had those wheels stashed away from another project as they weren't the ones that were on the car when he bought it which was only about 3 - 4 months ago and I've been waiting longer than that for mine.
