Permissions to post photo's

Who do I need to inquire with to be able to post photo's on the forum?

When I attempt, it says 'the upload folder is full or I need to contact the registrar'.

It wasn't full with only an 88kb pic, so I'm contacting the registrar.

Please advise..... Thanks!

It's just a problem with the Forum.
Everyone has it......

You can go to the photo gallery and upload a photo.
Then copy and paste.
It's a bit of a hassle but can b done as we speak.

No permission required, just figuring out the steps required.  There are threads elsewhere on this forum outlining the steps but they are not intuitive...sorry too "comfortable" ;-) to type all the steps...
