I cannot attend this year's convention but would like to get 2 tee shirts.  I am looking to see if anyone would be willing to purchase the shirts and ship them to me, since it appears the only way to get them is in person?  I can make payment through paypal for the shirts and shipping costs.
Thanks  Kevin

SAAC normally has leftovers which would be available.
Yeah a lot of small and medium at a discount. Never any XL XXL or XXXL. They need to do a pre sale (retail & shipping) so they can order more and probably get a little discount on a larger quantity from their supplier.

Don, probably like this (taken from the SAAC facebook pages) designed by Larry Gardinier.

Yes, I have had many responses from club members.  Thanks to those that have offered. And it just shows what a good group of people belong to this club.
Thanks  Kevin

Doesn't Fran Kress print the T-shirts? Might be able to reach out to him for a pre-sale purchase. I know I'd buy one online if they were listed on the SAAC site.

Yes but not his product to sell.

Very True ^^^

I would think it would be very easy to add it to the SAAC store as a pre-sale item though.

They usually ask when registering for the convention what size shirt you would be buying if you bought one for a head count. I would think this would be easy money grab for the club from all those who can't attend. However I do get the "mystique" of only getting the t-shirt if you attend....  8)

The pre-sale would ensure the t-shirt was sold however and they didn't have any leftovers.

They order x amount of each size. In the past (may still be the same) we got a count of presold shirts from Rick's convention list. Those were counted out and given to the pre-registered people when they checked in. The others went to the table where people who just showed up had the opportunity to purchase them. Any left at the end of the convention went back to Rick's where they were listed in the Snakebite or Magazine as available. It's a lot of work from start to finish. They shipped the shirts to my house one time 8-10 large boxes - I never should have let Rick know I owned a truck and lived between Pasadena and Ontario  :)

I came up with an idea that may work for the Tshirts. Get one of those tyvek envelopes from the post office. Put the right postage on it and your address. Write on the inside of the flap what size shirt you want. Send the envelope and price of the shirt to whoever is in charge of ordering them. They order enough to cover the extras. They take all the envelopes to the convention and some of our great volunteers stick your shirt in your envelope and at some point drive past a local post office and drop them off.
Too late for this convention but maybe next time.
