Seat belt question

Does this setup look correct? The flat bar seems to be an add on. Perhaps someone can post a pic of how their seat belts are installed?

Orientation for the inside anchors ( A = Lap Belt, B = Shoulder Belt , Dark washer is a rubber one, Red one is the red dyed steel one)

But of course those would not include the Shelby shoulder belts in them. Just wanted to make that note
