Front brake line bracket

Is the front brake line bracket natural metal or painted black?  Thanks for your help!

Might as well post pictures to illustrate since we have them. Also with the mounting hardware shown

Lighter/thinner coat of black than the inner fenders and frame rail but those also have coats of paint behind them. Because of this they can surface rust or more in some climates and regions
