I'll tell you that the detailed track schedule has been posted, you can find it here - https://www.saac.com/49-forms

And the rough outline is:
Convention Outline
Wednesday 24th (PM) - Load-in & Early Tech
Thursday 25th  - Open Track or Road Tour / Poker Run, Parade Laps, Dinner & Evening Program at The Flanders Hotel in Ocean City.
Friday 26th - Open Track or Simeone Museum Visit, Parade Laps, Dinner & Evening Program at The Officer's Club at NJMP.
Saturday 27th - Car Show, Event wrap-up, Load-out

What is the host hotel? It's too bad some couldn't get a convention rate that cannot sign up months in advance. I'm one of them but it is what it is.

There was no hotel large enough in the area to be a "main hotel"...
...we contracted with the three closest "chain" hotels for a club rate.

I am really looking forward to attending another SAAC event! I have registered but have only received a "Confirmation of Payment" email, nothing showing that I have registered two people.
Should I have some additional information or is this sufficient?

The registration site sends a copy of registration upon completion. We get reports of who signed up and what they ordered.

If you need to check or have any questions, you can either log back in to the Reg site to review your order and see your registration.

Thank you. I did not get an email but when I log in it looks like I have registered for two people.

The trailer is loaded and ready to go. We are super excited, see everyone Thursday!
