Not much of a market for these big beasts these days.  A '64 R code 4 speed is up on BaT, but it is no reserve, probably as it should be.

Missing some expensive parts. Looks like a poor bondo job under the rockers and even some more rust peeking out. This is one you better hire a knowledgeable inspector for - a couple grand could save you a lot of buyers remorse.

Yes, and spending some time, maybe a lot, in Minnesota is not a plus either. But this could be a bargain and a fun driver.
