It appears that the date is slightly offset below the W-MO like the 1-65 one that was discussed in another thread.  At least without paint, there's no hiding any rework.

I get alerts each day, and that's too infrequent.  I went straight to the listing and it was GONE...  That alert has been going for about 4 years now.  hmmm I wonder if eBay has an instantaneous notice alert?
