My search (in this Forum) did not find any prior discussion of this event,  should have checked Coralsnake.com
records show the 1967 Paris Auto Show was Oct 7th, 1967, so having a 1968 model GT350 would not be surprising?

Is there any records suggesting the Sn # ?  coralsnake.com = 8T02J110578-00339
I see what looks like a side marker lamp in the fender, Euro requirement?

Regards

From your Web Site:  "According to my information only four cars were built before this show. Only one was a GT350 fastback and that was # 8T02J110578-00339."If only 4 Shelby's were built before that Show, why does the GT 350 # start so high (339)?

Because numbers were assigned randomly whenever AOSmith felt like it.

Engineering cars received numbers when they needed them and likely this number was assigned after Paris
