To my knowledge these wheels were never dated.

What differentiates a '67 from a '68 wheel is there is a 1/8" spacer cast into the mounting flange of the wheel on the '68 version.

The '67 version does not have that. The '67 version clears the '67 brake caliper but will not clear the '68 brake caliper without a wheel spacer.
