69 GT350 value

Need honest opinions.  Looking for approx. value of 69 GT350.  auto.  car runs, needs doors, torque boxes, lower rear quarters, has some rust on top of fender aprons.  Car has not been on the road in years.  Missing orig. carb and exhaust manifolds, currently has long tubes.  Original wheels and interior are nice as is all fiberglass.  Could have further rust underneath the rust proof on the bottom.  Trunk is and drop offs are solid.  Is 40K to much?  Thanks in advance.

A club member in May sold his 69 GT350 with 4 speed and a decent re-paint for $45K. Nice fiberglass and interior the biggest drawback was non original engine. Originally asked $56K.
