H Model Inspection/Verify Near Detroit

Hello All ,
Im looking to purchase an H model 66 GT350. I just had a knee replacement and can't fly. Does anyone know of an inspection service to verify VIN , engine, condition of the car ? It is in Ohio about an hour South of Detroit

Ask the seller if he has a letter from Howard Pardee that verifies the VIN (Ford v Shelby). If not ask the seller to give you the Shelby VIN and also the Ford VIN from under the plate (or RF fender) - you can then check those with Howard. If he's not willing or if the Ford VIN does not start 6R09K walk away.
