Carroll Shelby is a big star.

Yes, we all know that, but now Hollywood has discovered the legendary race-car driver/builder.

Shel and his cars appear in the remake of the 1975 sci-fi thriller "Rollerball," screening in theaters this summer. Director John McTiernan used two Shelby Series 1 roadsters and Shelby's personal continuation version of the Cobra Daytona Coupe for the filming.

Even 77-year-old Shelby himself makes a cameo appearance.
