The advertisement is certainly not fake.
I have been coming to this seller since the early 90's. Patrick is now the current owner, his father Bert started the business and over the years has sold hundreds of Mustangs, including Bosses (also a 429), Shelby's and other rare types.
He also sold my 1968 GT350, it is also listed on his site (as sold).

There does not appear to be anything concerning in the Registry. It does have a short history here before restoration and then some outside the US notations.
