Have only seen those A/C pulleys and related lateral bracket on 1967 FE engines. They may have been used on early 1968's. I have not seen them though.

Yes used 67 thru early 68. I have seen them on very early 68 GT500.  For better or for worse the MPC has them being used as late as March of 68 changeover date. The pulley is black the center is zinc silver and the bracket is bare cast iron. Small blocks use a different but similar looking brackets with change over about the same time .
