Valuation help please

Hi All,
Trying to help out a friend. He is an older gentleman who has had this rev limiter on his pegboard for a long time and he would like to sell it, so I'd like to get him a valuation. It appears to be in very nice nice physical condition but the harness is cut. Let me know your thoughts.

Ended up selling for $600

And I believe that is for a Boss 302 or 351. 428 CJ is less rpm. So you might ask on the Boss forum.

also 70 b9 caes with solid lifters 70 cj had 5800 rpm and value depends on how much the wire was cut.
