SAAC-50 Welcome?

We are talking about driving north from Riverside County (outside LA) to attend - the other half took 0.0002 seconds to say, "Let's Go!"  Easy sell on my part.

With the easy part taken care of, my question for this group relates to the acceptance / inclusion / reception of replicas at this event.  As this would be our first event, I have no frame of reference of how they, and subsequently we will be welcomed.

Can anyone shed some light on previous events and how and if this was handled and what we might expect?
