First off, "convoys" are illegal in some states. The definition will likely vary from state to state on what one is. Secondly, I don't know how the State Police would impound 51 cars but you could all be charged with "Conspiracy" since the local officer wouldn't be able to identify the specific vehicle targeted and would accuse all of conspiring?

I used to put on Super Cruises, my first one went from Tallahassee to Big Daddy's Museum in Ocala.  I had about 45 cool Vehicles on the Cruise.  At the Drivers Meeting, I told everyone that I was cruising down to Ocala for the Day at the Museum and there is nothing I can do to stop you from following me. I put on 9 Big Daddy Cruises and several others with no problems.  I miss doing that.
