Hi, I have a pair of 1967 GT500 original used 31sp. Axles for sale. They also fit 67 427 R Fairlanes. QUESTION: Were these also used on other cars as well?  Someone mentioned that they are identical to ones used in 68 GTE Cougars??  They are unique in appearance  even though they are the same dimensions as a 1969-1970 Boss 302 or 428Cj.  They are in perfect used condition and the splines are nice and straight. Located in Norwalk, CA..  I have them listed on Ebbaay under  listing number: 235995797632 and it ends tomorrow.  No Reserve sale and current bid is only $400.00.  I have owned millions of $$ of Ford HP parts since 1978 and this is the first set of these that I have ever had! So needless to say, they are RARE!...Thanks in advance for your answers

That hub face appearance is the defining factor between that which was typically used on 67 and early 68 GT500.

Quote from: Scode67FB on March 19, 2025, 03:45:38 AMThey sold for $1075. When I see prices like this, I almost want to cry. Years ago (30-35) I had a set of these in a complete rearend with a "SPEC" case 3.89 gears and a traction lok. I sold the complete rearend for $400.
I'm not surprised at price, try and find a set if you need.
