Shelby Expert-Inspector in Ohio

I am seeking a Shelby Expert/Appraiser nearby to Cleveland to certify, authenticate and inspect a fully restored 1967 Shelby GT 500.  Must have references and be extremely knowledgeable about Classic Shelbys.  Must also be able to test the mechanics of the car.
