Hello Everyone,

It is a long story, but 0100 is finally back together and running with a new engine and transmission. I drove it a few miles last Saturday for the first time in 11 years. It was great to have it back out on the road!!!  More work needs to be done, but I can now enjoy driving the car again.

Thanks,
Eric

Hello JD,

We had 6" of snow by the following morning after these photos were taken.  The weather is supposed to be nice for the next few days.  May need to get her out again.

Thanks,
Eric

Hello Ed,

I think that time frame may be a little ambitious for Little Red.  I am hoping that 0100 will be spending some time with Jason Billups before too long.  Yes, I eagerly anticipate reuniting 0100 with her sisters 0131 and 0139.

Thanks,
Eric

Hello Rich,

The last time I drove 0100 was in October of 2007.  We pushed it into the Shelby American Collection in late November of 2007 and back out in June of 2008.  That was the last time the car was out in public.  I sure hope that we will be able to reunite 0100 with her sisters 0131 and 0139 in the not too distant future.  Having the first three GT500s together again will be something to see!

Thanks,
Eric

Eric,

Thanks for sharing.  Such a pleasure seeing your car complete again.  For early '67 fans car 100 is as cool as it gets.

Great looking car, Eric.  I own 6S550, and live in Longmont. Would love to get the two of them together sometime. Ron

Hello Brian,

You are welcome, and thank you.  I appreciate the compliment on the car.  The car will probably never be "concours correct", but I hope to continue getting closer while still driving and enjoying it - like it is supposed to be.

Thanks,
Eric
