 the bolts used to mount early front valance are the same as waterpump bolts from a 200 cid engine with TR head markings

hand laid front valance has no lip on bottom edge  / like the later  press mold type

This is all that is left of the build sheet that was taped to left rear pillar / they mounted  the trim bracket right over it  a corner and the tape  is all that  is left .
