Here's 2287 during the "re-enactment" of the 12-hour record-setting events at Bonneville during the Simeone Museum's Demonstration Day on 7-28-18.
Pit stops for Driver change and fueling were included, they announced the individual records as the [simulated] times progressed. Fun times  8)
(full disclosure - the 12 hours was condensed to 12 minutes  ::) ???)

This photo is from 1977, taken at a Vincent motorcycle club gathering at Shadow Lake, Ontario.  I believe this is CSX2460, owned at the time by Phil Ramey.  The gentleman on the Moto Guzzi is Rollie Free, the man that rode a Vincent at 150 MPH at Bonneville, in bathing trunks, in that famous picture.

Hey sd427,

Nice picture. I own 2460. Would you mind emailing me a copy of this picture?  Thsnks Chad

Now, THERE'S a man who looks like he lived life to the fullest.  Honestly, that's how I want to be / look when I'm his age.
Nothing beats a classic!

LOL!  In that case, he's still lived life to the fullest...albeit...maybe too full!  ;D
