Should the Steering Box on a GT500/350 be a C7ZR-A or C6ZR-A and did they always had SMB-K Boxes?

I believe the GT350's the steering wheel shaft goes from in the box to the steering wheel hub as all one piece.  The GT500's have a stub shaft splined for a rag-joint just outside of the box and a shaft from the rag joint to the steering wheel hub.

I need to know it more for the GT500 but I would wonder if the 67 GT350 is different because it was a K Code car and I thought the 67 K Code also had the rag joint

No, my understanding is the GT350 (Small Block) the box & long shaft could be removed and serviced with the engine in the car, the GT500 (Big Block) got the rag joint so the box could be removed and serviced without removing the engine.  I think you want a SMB-E for a '67 GT500, others will comment.

SMB-E cant be because of the 1" sector shaft I believe it was a SMB-K with a 1 1/8 sector shaft on a GT500 maybe somebody can verify this?
On my unrestored GT500 67 its a SMB-K box...

My research agrees with JD that the GT350 cars got the steering box with the longer shaft that ran from the box all the way to the steering wheel. The GT500s received the boxes with the very short shaft that was then connected to another shaft running to the steering wheel by a rag joint. The early GT500s (seems like it is always "early" vs "late" on '67 cars) got the SMB-E box that had the 1" shaft and later cars got the box with the 1 1/8" shaft. I am not certain what the approximate date was where the boxes changed from 1" to 1 1/8" but here is a reference that may help --

I believe the change over (SB) to the rag joint was approximate May 67 . I believe the date is in Master Parts Catalog .

The short box is probably C7 since it came later than the long one.
