Sold for $78K plus buyer fee. Excellent price for the short term owner. Going to
California. I did a partial inspection of this Shelby last month at a car show.

I seriously doubt it's going to a new owner for that price. I don't care that it says it was sold. Lots of sellers back out in the end. The owner would need to be destitute to sell it for that.

Actually the car has been on craigslist for awhile...

It's a tough color to sell...

First thing next owner should do sell that carburetor on it. He could put the correct carburetor on it and still have about three grand in his pocket

might be a tough colour to sell but Im a fan of it.......

too many lime gold examples out there, that colour has burnt me out over the years

sold very cheaply

+1, its been available for sale for years.

I bought the prior owners black early 67 3 years ago and he had the car for sale then as well. It appears the latest owner did a nice job of cleaning the car up.

Kind regards,

I like the color and that price does seem too cheap.
I put a buddy into one in th LA area just a year or 2 ago.
He loves the color and gets a ton of compliments.

+1 love gold cars from the 60's and early '70's

I like it. Since I saw the first Mangusta, I've liked gold on cars, but I acknowledge that the 'goose is just a little bit different.

I am in the UK and have two gold standard fare V8 fastbacks for sale. One 68 is a time warp 100 percent rust free car and the 65 is a super nice driver.  The colours are murdering them. Can't move them to save my life.  Tough sale colour in my experience.

^^
That unfortunate. And a real shame.
People should b buying the car and not the color

That said,....some of us love the color.
