It looks like the LH fender has a dent in the top fender crease; where it transitions from top to side. Is there metal in them thar fenders?

Not doubting that a Shelby can get ditched, and not be totaled, but I would have expected to see cracked fiberglas once it got pulled out.

I took those pictures in 1983 at a Shelby club autocross. The car is NOT 184, and it was repaired. The door and roof were replaced, the fender fixed.  The rest of the car had no damage.

Thanks Dave.  I remembered the name "Dave" as having the rest of the story as posted on forum 1.0, but I did not remember the "handle" CSX4781.
