Manual Choke Decal. (69/70)

Could someone please advise the correct placement for the "Manual Choke" decal..? I have heard of two locations, one being underneath on the dash frame above the choke knob, the other on the actual outer dash panel near the ignition switch.? I'm assuming it needs to be in a location where it can be read as with the seatbelt decals on the sun visors.

Manuel choke is one of few components part of carry over vin change. So I could imagine the location of this decal was under the discretion of the tech who did the job. Just an opinion.

70 gt500 only above the choke knob  and on boss 429s
