Finally decided I'm not ever going to get Shelby AC Cobra powered by Ford.

Having saved a badge from The Cobra Club for over 45 years, put it on the FFR. Probably only a handful of people will even recognize it.

2006 FGT, Tungsten. Whipple, HRE 20s, Ohlin coil-overs. Top Speed Certified 210.7 mph.

Kirkham Cobra 427.  482-inch aluminum side-oiler. Tremec 5-spd.

I recognize it. I left mine on my 289 (CSX 2306) when I sold it. And the man responsible for The Cobra Club, Bruce Jodar, is now into Ferraris rather than Cobras. With time comes change...

Side-Oilers

I'm sure there are a few of us (me included) who own an F car.  And, while they are very fun machines, there's nothing like a Cobra...or Cobra/Shelby people.

I believe that I have two of those badges. One the paint completely peeled off of. I think it won't be on the car for very long John. Those things are like the Pink Panther.

Ya know ... I started ...built my car from a hubcap... dreams start somewhere... then I find out 65 Shelbys did not USE hubcaps... kept MY dream alive .. advised people of others .... found sold and ... keep the spirit alive... do what u can ... who is to say...?? LOVE the CARS
