Unique California Special on the way home from Monterey

I thought I'd seen everything I could possibly see this past week on the Monterey Peninsula car wise. On the way home my sister called and said stop by if I had time. So I did and decided to kill several hours having bailed out of Monterey before the traffic got real ugly. We chatted talked cars etc. She asked me if I wanted to go to the Burlingame Street Fair. Sure why not.
Four bands, great food, lots of fair stuff... okay
On the way back to the car I see this:
