Funny it says make offer, I have made offers of less than they are asking.

I'm still turning in aluminum cans toward a $1500 set of Rockford header bolts. Should be able to buy them now in about a year!

My last load of aluminum cans netted $744. and some change, this being something short of two years ago, and it's time to deliver another load as the trailer is overflowing now!  You know this sort of windfall seams great until one considers the investment necessary to acquire such inventory, but at least it offsets some of the "rental" costs of drinking beer.

A beer anyone?  Oh, and throw the cans over in the aluminum can recycle barrel please, thank you.      ::)

I heard Pookie  is recycling used toilet paper he found in the trunk of a Boss 429 he used to own , or was it the estate of a long term Ford parts collector?

I think that TP in question was used by Hank the Deuce at LeMans.  At least, that's what the Ford parts box says, in Sharpie lettering.

I have two pair in NOS Ford boxes and I'm holding out for $500 a pair and  $250 for the non clip on variety! In thirty years you'll be wishing you could still buy them at that price, LMAO
Seriously , how does a part made by the many MILLIONS become SO expensive?

I just found an NOS Segal Manufacturing blister pack of Rockford header bolts. The package price from 1969 says $1.75 so I'm thinking a buy it now of $2,000 is a "reasonable price" when comparing it to a set of used ones currently on epay for  $1499. ;) Heck I'd even throw in free shipping!

Looks like my old SHI- pile just became a gold mine not just some gold dust as previously thought. :)

1967 eight barrel

I still have another pair of these in the ford plastic bag.  I used one set. The reproductions are soft and will not stay locked onto the top of my valve covers. However, this guy should be out of "Burnsville" like the other rip off artist.  Sadly, Mag's mustang used to work with you a bit. Now they are not only way over market but many parts are not what they being sold as.
